Whispr turns any pair of wireless earbuds into a hands-free communication link between two people. Each person uses their own phone and their own earbuds — Whispr bridges your voices in real time.
Not a phone call. Whispr is always-on, hands-free voice — not a traditional phone call or video chat. Think of it as a digital walkie-talkie that lives in your ear.
Two ways to talk
Off-the-Grid (Free)
Works entirely offline — no Wi-Fi, no mobile data needed. Your phones talk directly to each other when they're close by, roughly within the size of a small park or warehouse floor.
Anywhere (Whispr+)
Talk across any distance using your normal internet connection. Different cities, different countries, different continents — same conversation. Includes small group sessions of up to 5 people.
What you need
- Two phones (iOS or Android)
- Two pairs of wireless earbuds or Bluetooth headsets
- The Whispr app installed on both phones
Whispr works with any standard wireless earbuds — it is not tied to any brand. AirPods, Galaxy Buds, Pixel Buds, generic earbuds — they all work.
What Whispr is NOT
- Not a group chat room — it's built for pairs and small crews
- Not a phone call replacement
- Not a music streaming service — it's tuned for clear, low-delay voice
